This page explains what we collect when you book or contact us, why we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with your information.
When you inquire about a stay or send a message, we keep your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your booking request or questions.
Our site also records technical information—such as your browser type and pages visited—so we can ensure the booking experience stays smooth and secure.
Messages stay with us while we are talking and for a reasonable period afterwards. Records tied to an order are kept longer, because we may need to look them up.
We do not sell personal information. It is shared only with the services that help us run the studio, and only the part they need to do their job.
Access is limited to the people who need it, and anything sent through this site travels over an encrypted connection.
You can ask to see what we hold, to correct it, or to have it removed. Write to us and we will confirm once it is done.
The site sets a small number of cookies. Which ones, and how to switch them off, is set out separately.
If this page changes, we update it here and note the date at the top.
Any questions or concerns can be sent through our contact page, and we'll respond clearly and promptly.
